Booking Policy

How booking, payment and holds work. Short version: pick your hours, pay the exact amount, and we confirm on WhatsApp.

Prices

Prices are per hour. A booking of several hours adds up each hour's price.

Booking and payment

Book online at /book. You can book up to 4 hours in a row, and up to 30 days ahead.
Slots must be booked at least 30 minutes before they start.
Pay the exact amount shown by JazzCash or EasyPaisa, then enter your transaction ID. Each transaction ID can be used for one booking only.
Send your payment screenshot on WhatsApp to speed things up.

Holds and confirmation

When you submit, your hours are held for 3 hours while we check the payment. Nobody else can book them in that time. We confirm on WhatsApp once the payment is found.

If we can't find the payment, the booking is marked “payment not found” and the hours are released. If the hold runs out before we confirm, the hours are released too. WhatsApp us with your screenshot and we'll help.

Late-night slots

Our day runs from 5 AM to 5 AM. Hours from midnight to 5 AM belong to the evening before. Friday's 1 AM slot is played in the early hours of Saturday and is marked “Late night — Sat”.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
